1. Switching to Ooredoo usually takes 1-3 days subject to validity checks and approval.

2. Obtain a ‘Statement of All Dues’ from your current operator. It indicates all the dues you have for your number.
3. Then, pay the outstanding amount to receive a paid ’Statement of All Dues’. This indicates that your number does not have any balance
   outstanding with your previous operator.
4. The ‘Statement of All Dues’ is only valid for 24 hours from the date of issue. Hence, it’s recommended that you submit it on a weekday,
   to avoid rejections from your current operator.
5. Switching to Ooredoo can only be requested by the owner of the number
