Products are returnable in 14 days, if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged or defective. We only ask that you preserve its original packaging and accessories.

How does the replacement happen?

Raise a return request along with a service slip

  • Raise a return request by uploading a service slip. A service slip is a document that you need to collect from an Apple service centre nearby.
    Click here to view the list of Apple service centres nearby.
  • You may upload the service slip later as well, in case you don’t have it handy with you.
  • You have upto 7 days to upload the service slip, after raising a return request.

Service slip verification

  • One of our executives would verify and validate the uploaded service slip.
  • If the verification passes, you will have to drop the return item to one of our stores.
  • If the verification fails, your return request will be declined and we will get in touch with you with the reason.

Defective product to be returned to the Ooredoo store

  • You will have to return the defective product to the store mentioned below.
  • Store address : Ground Floor, Muscat, Grand Mall Dohat, Al Adab Street, Muscat 111.
  • To ensure successful return pick-up, return the product in it’s original condition along with the original box, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
  • A return will not be processed if the return item does not reach us.

New replacement order to be created

  • You can pick up a brand new replacement at the store mentioned above.
