- Use your main internet and voice locally and in the GCC and other countries.
- This service is available for new customers.
- Existing customers will be able to benefit from this feature starting 26 December 2023.
- FUP (Fair Usage Policy):
- Minutes: 15 minutes daily and 30 minutes monthly.
- GCC data: 2GB daily and 50GB monthly.
- World data: 1GB daily and 25GB monthly.
- The minutes include making calls within the destination you are visiting, calling back to Oman, and receiving calls. However, it does not include international calls.

– Offer will be on selective aging devices.
– Customers will have to sign a 24 months contract.
– Customers need to pay an advance payment of 50% of device price.
– Customer is only eligible for one device (Not to be allowed if the customer is having existing device).
– ETC amount is 50% of device price in case of migration or termination.
– Customer need to provide bank statement of not less than 400 OMR for Omanis and 600 OMR for Expat.
– For expat customers, resident card should be valid for at least one year.
– Customer is allowed to upgrade his plan.

When your data plan is about to expire, we’ll send you a text message advising that your current plan is being renewed. Funds will then be deducted from your credit balance, automatically. There’s nothing you need to do – except enjoy uninterrupted social media, web surfing and video streaming.
If you don’t have sufficient funds for auto renew then your data plan renewal will not go through. When this happens you will be notified that you are now being billed for data service on pay as you go rates.
