- You need to provide a 3 months bank statement stamped by the bank showing an income of OMR 400 or above when you visit the store to collect your device.
- You can get one device if you are a postpaid customer for more than 4 months with an income of OMR 400 or above and meet our credit score validation.
- You also need to have been a Shahry customer for 4 months or more.
- You can also be a prepaid or a home customer for 6 months or more.
- You need to be on Endless 10 or above.
- Provide your electricity bill (matches with your name) when you visit the store to collect your device.
- The bank account number mentioned in the statement should match your bank card provided in stores.
- You might be asked to pay up to 50% advance payment dependent on your credit score validation criteria.
- Advance / Deposit payment is not refundable.
- Your device will only be reserved for 3 days.
- Ooredoo reserves the right to reject your order if,
- You have been a subscriber for less than 4 months, or
- You do not meet our credit score validation criteria.

Is there a limit to the number of New Shahry Plans I can subscribe to simultaneously?
All the new Shahry Plans by default, renew automatically each month unless you have chosen more than one plan, in that case only your last plan will be on auto-renewal mode.
Is there a limit to the number of New Shahry Plans I can subscribe to simultaneously?
We don’t see why there should be. You’re free to subscribe to more than one Plan at a time. Do keep in mind that if you choose to subscribe to more than one New Shahry Plan, this will lead to your latest purchase being set to automatic renewal and your previous Plans becoming one-time only Plans.
What happens if my data runs out before my Shahry Plan renews?
We recommend that you upgrade to a higher New Shahry Plan to increase your data allowance or select an Internet add-on or Digital Club, based on your needs, to continue to access the Internet. However, if you choose not to do so, you will be charged our fixed Pay-As-You-Go Internet rate of 10 Bz for every MB you consume.
What happens if my Shahry Plan expires and I choose not to renew?

When your data plan is about to expire, we’ll send you a text message advising that your current plan is being renewed. Funds will then be deducted from your credit balance, automatically. There’s nothing you need to do – except enjoy uninterrupted social media, web surfing and video streaming.
If you don’t have sufficient funds for auto renew then your data plan renewal will not go through. When this happens you will be notified that you are now being billed for data service on pay as you go rates.
You can opt out of Auto Renewal anytime.
