How do I activate an eSIM?
Instead of putting a physical SIM in your device like usual, you will need to download one. After requesting an eSIM, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to set it up. The process of downloading and setting up an eSIM will vary depending on the device you have. Make sure to read the instructions carefully.
Why would I choose an eSIM over a physical SIM?
You may want an eSIM if you have multiple lines with us and want to use them all on one device. Or you may want to switch your existing physical SIM to an eSIM. Lastly, you may want to get a local eSIM while travelling temporarily.
